Under new ownership and management this aquatic facility has gone down the drain . It is over crowded, super dirty often with hair, dirt and bandaids in water. There is strong chlorine and its byproducts odor often. They don’t enforce showering before swimming and they allow people with any kind of attire to swim in the pools. Also, they don’t enforce water proof diapers for little kids and you can imagine the filth in these pool waters. Lastly, due to many scheduled classes and activities, lap swimming is very crowded and limited and you often have to share lines (that is if others who were there before you allow it). This place is over priced, over crowded and filthy. I have stopped my membership with them. It appears that they just want high volume of customers to make more revenue for the company.

New ownership has ruined the aquatic center. It was already overcrowded, but now the majority of the lap pool space (and the only deep water pool) is closed more or less 24x7 unless you're willing to pay for a lesson, meaning that the entire membership has to cram itself into a single 5-lane pool, leading to 30-60 minute wait times just for the privilege of sharing a lane with 3 other people and the fun of getting routinely accidentally kicked in the face because you're just so packed in, unless you're willing to restrict your workouts to 10pm or later

Quite disappointed lately with Pro club aquatics. Recently they reduced the duration of swim lessons to 25 minutes from 30 minutes without notifying us. Price would remain the same which means now we will get less in same amount. We asked their aquatics to add our email address to their system but we still do not receive all the communications. They canceled the entire swim session for my kid twice, once without notifying us. We came to know only we appeared for the class. Their aquatics representative wasn’t apologetic at all for our inconvenience. They switch instructors without notifying and leave us the responsibility of figuring out the instructor upon arrival. Pro club should be more transparent in their communication specifically when they are reducing customer benefits but still charging them the same amount. They should improve their communication and should try to avoid customer inconvenience.

It’s a very unpleasant and disappointing experience with aquatic center. 1. I purchased 1on1 private 4-course package and made reservations through the call. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for the first class, but no one gave me a clear direction to get ready and meet instructor. So I had to ask so many people, walking around all over the pool and finally got someone found my instructor. And I was late for 3 minutes. 2. There is no notification, no reminding through text, or email. No Information about who would be your instructor, how to contact them. You don’t know what to prepare for the class. 3. For non-member, you can only book till 3pm, weekday only. So I always need to take time off from work to join class. 4. Maybe this is a summer vacation time. The pool is super crowded with tons of kids taking class with you. Even I bought a 1on1 private class. 4. The instructor is inexperienced to answer questions. And this is my guess, they hired students as a short term employee since my instructor went back to school after 2 classes.

Although there are four pools at Pro Club, you’ll be unable to get swim practice time for your kids if they want to swim laps. The deep pool is blocked for swim team on weekday afternoons and evenings. And the club blocks it for paid private or group lessons on weekends. Apparently your membership dues aren’t enough to get you swim time. The training pool is 2 feet deep designed for babies. The family pool has kids playing in it. The lap pool is only for people over 16 since the club doesn’t want to spring for a lifeguard there. The managers don’t respond to any concerns.
